To Get Started with our Mobile Banking app:
- Download the app to your device from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in using your Online Banking credentials.
Mobile Wallet
Speed through checkout both online and at the store by paying directly from your phone. Use your Listerhill debit or credit card with the most popular Mobile Wallet apps.
Mobile Web
To access a mobile version of Mobile Banking through your smartphone's browser, simply go to listerhillmobile.com and log in with your Access ID and password.
Text Banking
Listerhill's Text Banking lets you simply and securely request information about your accounts. Account access is now just a text away. Your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
Fraud Alerts
Listerhill is doing everything we can to protect your card information, including working with our cards provider to increase the speed at which we detect possible fraud and protect your accounts. We use text alerts to notify you immediately if we detect fraud on your card. Here are some important things to remember:
- You will receive a text alert to the mobile number we have on file. If we do not receive a reply, we will send an email alert and also try to contact you by phone.
- To make sure we have your current information on file, please update your contact information in Online Banking or by calling us at 256-383-9204.
- Your debit card or credit card will be locked until we can determine if the transaction(s) was/were initiated by you.
- You must contact our Fraud Department in order to verify whether the charge(s) is/are valid. You may also call our Contact Center at 256-383-9204 during normal business hours.
